The Qantas Status Run Master Thread

Not sure which fast track you're referring to, but you might want to check the T&Cs of that offer to make sure that bonus status credits count towards whichever offer you're using.
It’s this fast track: https://www.qantas.com/nz/en/frequent-flyer/status-and-clubs/status/fast-track.html

The one thing that concerns me is this part: Double Qantas Points and double Status Credits will be credited within eight weeks after travel. Bonus Status Credits earned from this offer do not count towards Loyalty Bonus, Platinum Bonus Reward, Platinum One Bonus Reward and Status Accelerator/Challenge earn requirements.

Actually, I think you’ll be OK as this is a “Fast Track” and not technically a Status Accelerator/Challenge. It’s an exception to the rule.

The FAQs on the page you linked are clear:

From time to time, there may also be opportunities to earn bonus Status Credits from limited-time-only promotions. Keep an eye out for these offers in the future, as these bonus Status Credits will also count towards the Qantas Status Fast Track.

Offer expires: 18 Mar 2025

- Earn up to 100,000 bonus Qantas Points*
- Enjoy an annual $450 Qantas travel credit
- Don't forget the two complimentary Qantas Club lounge invitations and two visits to the Amex Centurion Lounges in Melbourne and Sydney.

Do you know if getting green tier count towards the fast track. I'm thinking it's probably cheaper just to get the 50SC from Green Tier then book a cheap economy class fare.

The answer seems to be in the FAQs:

Most types of Status Credits earned within the 90 day period will contribute to the Qantas Status Fast Track, including those earned in the air and on the ground. However, Status Credits earned from Loyalty Bonus, rollover Status Credits and any gifted Status Credits will not count toward your 100 Status Credit goal.
