My flexible arrangement is not written in a contract.When a merger happens, according to fwa, the terms of your existing arrangement re AL etc still apply as it is essentially the same entity. We (as employers ) went through this exact situation last year.
My leave is not negotiable. I decide when I go and I usually give them 6 months - 12 months notice. I refuse to work on project work. I am not one of those people who is afraid to speak up.
