Went to the Bottle-O to get a celebratory Champas, and since I can't manage a whole standard bottle by myself, I decided to only go a half / mini bottle.

The choices were Lanson Black Label NV, or Moet & Chandon Brut NV.

Tough choice, really. I went for M&C.

So , all done, dusted and conferred then Dr?

Suncorp Stadium was very quiet last night!

I heard it in Sydney especially after the shocking decisions.

Still it might be time of rugby league to get some players who can actually kick goals. Some union front rowers have better kicking records.

What's wrong with drinking beer at 4:30am? That doesn't make a bogan?
Did you really want me to answer that...?
LOL! Is there time restriction for drinking beer? If you are drinking all night then a drink at 4:30am is acceptable but if you have just woken up then a drink at 4:30am is not acceptable?

I have a 9:30am flight tomorrow. As soon as I am out of the TRS queue I will be having a few "drinks" before my flight. I am not an alcoholic either as I will more than likely not have a drink on the plane. ;)

That bottle isnt big enough :p

What were you expecting - one that goes up to your knee? :o

Seriously... conscious decision. I can't finish a whole bottle by myself in one sitting. Even after that bottle, I was starting to get quite inebriated, but I attribute a great deal of that to the quality of the bubbles as well......

M&C Brut is rather interesting. The first sip you take, it seems fine. It's only after you keep drinking you realise what a mistake you made...

Qantas has had the 12th man available on the comedy channel 6 in the air. Can't get enough of it.

The soccer is brilliant.

"And there's the Australian substitute Smith.... Have I pronounced that right?"

And the cricket

"Rubbish Binny was left ouf the team last night by the selectors but was brought back in this morning."

Brilliant.

Memo to Qantas, please read and consider for future reference.

My friends have a bottle of Taittinger that would go to my knee at least!

Congrats though.

Today I was rostered for my yearly medical. Too bad the medical appointment is actually tomorrow.

My manager expected me to go onto station appreciation time but I had come to the usual practice of being in medical mode ie go get the medical, go home. No need for uniform or equipment.

So after going back to my depot & fixing my timesheet, I went home. My manager expected me to come back but considering Sydney afternoon traffic, going back was pointless.

It also meant I had to cancel meeting up with someone until tomorrow.

I did pick up a little package in the mail...
