I have someone who uses my desk on Friday. I clear them a space and pile up my papers. They put a bacon and egg roll on top of one of my piles. Now one of the regulatory instruments for the whole organisation has a massive grease stain on it.

The worst bit was not being able to say anything about the utter lack of respect without risking office harmony. Snotty tissues are worse than a grease stain that disappears when we renew.

The worst part being that it was my boss, so I can't exactly have words. At least when the other person who uses my desk makes a mess I can give them a talking to.

People have respect for others around them.

If they did it would be a much better place.

FWIW it appears SMH is having a meltdown with their subscriber IT system......looks like it's free viewing for a while.

Eeek, we have new play toys at work (3x Apple iPad Air 32Gb with STM Dux cases).

Many thanks to v8Statesman and in particular thewinchester for their invaluable assistance for this IT-phobe would not have been able to do it by himself.

Can't believe the small boxes contained the iPads but the big box held 2 x STM Dux cases - completely oversized packaging ????

Need to see the unpacked photo!

Now they look like this out of the boxes:

That ones mine - red goes faster.

Fitted into the STM Dux case, the set up done (any old idiot, even me, can set one up) and charging:
