Hells Bells. Medhead and I agree. Over Power of all things and I've been a crows supporter (but am sick of their culture and game style).
My recipe is similar. Egg yolks in a blender/food processor until glossy. Then SLOWLY pour in melted butter in a thin stream. I think the vinegar is added at the end with salt and pepper to taste.Anyone have experience in making Hollandaise, e.g. for Eggs Benedict?
There seems to be quite a few recipes out there and different styles. One simple recipe I found simply says cubed butter, lemon juice and egg yolks - beat the yolks and lemon juice until volume doubles then set on double-boiler and gradually add cubed butter.
Other recipes I've read call for reduced vinegar (sometimes infused with tarragon) and skimmed melted butter, but otherwise similar technique.
Recommendations or tips, anyone?

Thanks for the reminder. lemon juice, not vinegar.SWMBO says bernaise is the same but with tarragon. She says it is just butter egg yoke and an acid, more likely lemon juice.

Now I am getting hungry. Both are acids and should work. Just she thinks lemon juice for hollandaise and vinegar and tarragon for bernaise.
Two golfers had to jump for their lives from their golf buggy to escape an oncoming train at Royal Park.
The Parkville men, aged 29 and 34, were crossing the rail lines from one side of the Royal Park Golf Course to the other when the motorised cart's wheels got stuck in the tracks at 10.37am on Saturday, Victoria Police said.
This one is for the Golfers.
