Speaking of which my poor uncle had a scare yesterday.

He went to hospital with abdominal pain, and upon getting some tests was rushed to surgery. Details are very sketchy about what was actually wrong, but I am told it was some kind of bowel rupture. He is not young any more, plus being post-transplant, and having an auto-immune disease, a lot of these things suddenly become very high risk.

I will hopefully get some more details later today.

Here's hoping that's all it is and the surgery was successful. His medical history would have made it interesting for the surgical team... not the least the anaesthesiologist.

I'm presuming he's older than you penegal, but you're right...you're old, so he couldn't be young any more :o :D :p

QF11 on the 23rd of November subbed to a 747. Not happy, the big family vacation flight.

Any ideas on the how and why they are subbing a 380 flight this far out?

Some people are known to eat that stuff all year round anyway.

Well the Paragon centre in Bangkok was playing Christmas carols 3 months ago.

This morning my FB icon was showing a very high notification count which was a bit out of the ordinary ... so I had a look ...
