My theory is that if your house is going to burn down then make sure it is during a bushfire.

In Victoria quite a few have lost houses in high fire danger zones despite having no fire insurance but got government/charity payouts. Plus the Victoria government slapped a tax on your rates for the CFA even if you live in a urban area.

Proof that the Commonwealth Bank has totally lost the plot. Jumped the shark. Vapid, pseudo-inspirational messages on ATM receipts:

Some 18 year old graduate of Victoria University has been watching W1A and decided Siobhan Sharpe is a deep thinker.

Had a night out with mickeyc747 and gwilli1 last night.

Needless to say the Victorian bar scene / economy has been stimulated, and my liver has retired for the week.

It is a good thing we live in 3 different states!!!

Glad to see you boys enjoyed yourself. At least you all have the weekend to help recuperate.

And our Emergency Services Levy was increased solely due to a bushfire last Jan. So what exactly do our ESL levies pay for in the years their isnt/hasnt been a major fire?

After a few months of declining health, we said good bye to our gorgeous dog Millie last night. She took her last breaths at home, snuggled up on the couch with us.

What happened in the Australia vs NZ cricket yesterday is appalling.

Batsmen out, clear deviation off bat, walks, given not out, reviewed, still not out and called back.

That's the only difference between winning and losing. Embarrassing doesn't begin to describe it. Technology is supposed to fix howlers.
