See reply above. Personally, I thought the advice was clear and concise and well meant. All three plugins and no stored history or cookies. Oh and you can add FlashBlock as well. And if you are super keen, add a proxy connection to hide your IP and bypass restrictions through something like TorGuard - there's a plugin for that as well (FoxyProxy Basic). GIYF.
Adblock Plus installed. Flyertalk loaded much quicker. Installed Flashblock. Installed FoxyProxy.

My friend had some ad blocker... AFF wouldn't even let me sign in! (The solution was to allow AFF through the blocker.)

Ghostery installed. Just as well you know what are you doing.

Watching a Buying and Selling marathon and laughing hysterically when someone almost chokes on a $170K price tag for a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 garage house.

At my younger brother's surprise birthday party tonight (50) there were no frequent flyers.

How do I know? Because when it came time to collect money and pay the restaurant bill no one volunteered so I did it. Of course I then got to pay the bill with my point earning card.

I was thanked for helping with this onerous task.

Good question! I guess as long as you don't then filter out the pulp then maybe? But in most cases the more you process food the less value it has.

It seems that blending the lot may give a sugar spike instead of the slower delivery of eating whole, if there is a lot of fruit in it. But the answer re the fibre levels is a little more ambiguous.

Fibre will be same, but generally best not to blend as it speeds consumption and sugar absorption.

Yes, as I thought, thanks. I think a smoothy is OK occasionally for a bit of variety. But, to be aware that one will get hungry again earlier than lunch and so not to overeat.

Aaahhh... this explains why it's better to eat the orange rather than freshly squeezed orange juice?
