So pet hates in hotels - bottom sheet, top sheet, quilt (not encased in anything) then top sheet. I like to snuggle my quilt around my face but it's hard when the sheets come off and I don't want an uncovered quilt next to my face - so because I'm here for a few weeks I've bought my own quilt cover - how sad is that

I was actually thinking similar last night when I was making the bed, thinking about housekeeping having to stuff quilts into quilt covers every time the room changed.

It's becoming more common now where they don't use quilt covers and just have them between sheets :(

Coles and Woolies have dropped local saffron so what can local farmers do? Thousands of supplying farmers have jars and jars of local saffron, sitting in storage.

Saffron Woes: Australia's saffron industry in turmoil

Edit: apparently we import approx 3500kgs per year but local farmers can only produce approx 5-10kgs per year.

And Coles are no longer selling my favourite Rice Crackers - Fantastic. Yet they sold really well. Of course Sakata must now be paying better for shelf space. Final straw. I’m going to Foodland from now on. They sell all the brands I like.

Any idea where I can find chocolate Tiny Teddies? They are available in the multipacks but not separately.

Still on sale in CBR.
However, the toothpaste Pronamel (by Sensodyne) has been hard to find here.
When we were in Adelaide in November last year we found it and stocked up. Running low on supplies now though.

Well, I loved the movie Love Story. Sigh. Ryan ONeill. A couple of years ago I rewatched it. Acting was execrable. :(
Ryan O’Neal was in Bones - I told the kids how divine he was in my/his youth, but they couldn’t believe it. My favourite with him was What’s Up Doc with Barbra Streisand - hysterical.

Yes. The only cartons in Vic are Honey, and honey/choc dipped.

If they are at Foodland, then I will have to add them to my SA only* shopping list when I am there.

*Currently Fruchocs and WE Draught.

Fruchocs I can get (and 2kg are going down a treat with my colleagues in NZ) but West end draught??????

Massages have never done anything for me other than creep me out.

I'm right into personal space and having someone invade that in such a way sends bad shivers up and down my spine and through the rest of me. In utterly no way do I find them relaxing ...

To paraphrase: Yuck!

I'm happy for those that enjoy them. :)
