Well I'm being tugged in both directions, we have the Eagles (albeit Manly) and the Storm from Melbourne. Even though I dont follow the game I going to go for the Storm.

Good on you Reggie

Well, I don't go for anyone in rugby (apart from our national team and when I'm in a pub overseas that is ;)). I just go to the game for the free food and booze. Hail corporate box tix.

Greetings from SYD; I'll post later how the game went from my POV.

(And from my revenue seats, none of these non-rev freebies ... )

SYD papers today report the Telstra broadband crashed big time at the stadium last night.

... Another one sided Grand Final.

Well done 'The Storm' :!:  :D
Not really one sided, both sides were in with a chance at ½ time.

Quite a windy night; it certainly played havoc with goal kicking with a combined 3/10 on attempts.

Not much else played havoc with the Melbourne team, they showed how good they can be. With a couple of 'junk timet tries' It was the second highest score against Manly all year.

Congratulations to the Storm - they played in the grand final the way they played all year and deserved the win.

Manly hung on until half time but were blown away in the second half. One of their more inept performances of the year but, as with the AFL final, when a good team gets on a roll it is hard to stop them.

Glad that the right teams won on the weekend (well, I backed both of them).

Now if I could only transfer that success to my A-League tipping.

Lovely weather today. :p

Lol. *BUMP*

Brisbane was hot and muggy. Went to the Sunshine Coast (Caloundra) and it was also hot, but not as muggy.

Fantastic weather :)
