Perhaps that was never the intention. If you don't increase productivity then you will need more incompetent resources? And at the same time making you look more important as you are managing these resources?

More news from my uncle.

He was advised to report the incident to the police. The police have now treated the scene of the incident as a crime scene. The "junkie" was a known offender (who my uncle identified from a picture list) and is a know Hep B positive. Based on what was found at the crime scene, they are treating the placement of the syringe and associated damage as malicious intent.

No idea if the perpetrator has been arrested. No news back from the blood work. My uncle has been talking to police tirelessly for the last two days. He's quite stressed but apparently work is giving him their full support.

It was the drugs themselves. Look at alcohol - all legal but lots of associated crimes associated with it.

Yes, and getting worse as the supermarkets make it easier to obtain and cheaper.

Harsher penalties.

Jail terms with very little chance of parole. Multiple strikes and you get life. No socialiing in jails. Cannot earn an income.

And yes where warranted capital punishment.

If you can't do the time don't do the crime? What deterrent is there now? Some people are better off in jail.

Now a flood for Adelaide CBD. Not that it takes much. Just 36 mls. But the earth is like concrete so it just runs off to flood. But it's not hot anymore.

We've gone from having longest spell of 40+ spells ever (in recorded times ) to wettest February Day in 40 years. But even more rain predicted tomorrow than today.
