Hoadleys was polly waffles and also violet crumble. But it was taken over by Rowntrees in 1972 who were in turn taken over by nestle in 1988. They discontinued them in 2008.Violet Crumble? Isn’t that Hoadleys?

We only spent two nights there after getting off the car ferry at Picton and used it as a base to drive out to the Abel Tasman Park for a walk alongside Tasman Bay. It was around whitebait season so we had a fresh whitebait omelette at a pub there.@OZDUCK we are here for 5 days of cycling. Lots of cyclists and outdoor sports people in town
Wanted to be at the show very badly. Would've been the first air show for me ... But work keeps me in ADL & CBR this weekend. Some of my colleagues are going to the AVV show .. not meAvalon Air Show
