Will have to tell the big white building on top of the hill to pump out more hot air.The car doors were frozen shut, I have never seen that before here in Canberra
" THE CAR DOORS WERE FROZEN SHUT " !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Holey moley !! " SIGH, TIME TO MOVE " !!! DEFINITELYBoring office at the moment, but things will be better in a few hours!
Rained in Canberra yesterday afternoon, very heavy frost this morning, -5 or there abouts. The car doors were frozen shut, I have never seen that before here in Canberra. Sigh, time to move……
Amazing colours. How far above the horizon was the sun at midnight? This was taken about 2130
Right click on photo and click search image google.....Where is it?
Used to get that all the time in northern Québec, where I lived for a year. You get freezing rain overnight, and the car will be encased in a sheath of ice all over it." THE CAR DOORS WERE FROZEN SHUT " !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Holey moley !! " SIGH, TIME TO MOVE " !!! DEFINITELY
@Cossie lives down in the deep south of Canberra, at least he got it a bit better. It was colder again at our place in the north-west, up on the plains. But then, we don't have the big brown dome of smog to keep the heat in like our bigger cousins.Rained in Canberra yesterday afternoon, very heavy frost this morning, -5 or there abouts. It was about -4 when I left home this morning to work ... I live in the city .. very icy breeze and dusting of ice/snow on the grass along the roads ... very nice to see .. I enjoy the cold weather - one of the reasons I moved to CBR and also work ...very heavy frost this morning, -5 or there abouts
Yes I don't see what the issue is. -5C?.. What's the world coming to. Do we want global warming or not...I enjoy the cold weather

We are on the Gold Coast slumming it in the Crowne Plaza. The view from the 22nd floor.
Hard to say, really. It was below the level of the buildings in town but judging by the light there was no direct sunlight going on.Amazing colours. How far above the horizon was the sun at midnight?

What kind of MG did you get? I had an upgrade to an MG EHS PHV recently, from the Peugeot 2008 (which I much preferred given the very tight streets around the Cote d'Azur.....). It was OK, but too big for me. The range was pretty poor actually once it used the battery it had.Normally I’m not up early enough to see frost,
To be quite honest -5 doesn't really bother me, I was just so surprised that the doors were frozen shut. As I said, I’ve never had that happen before.
Now in balmy north Qld where there are are only 2 seasons, hot and hotter….
We flew directly over the reef, managed to see a few things, got an upgrade on the car, however it is a MG, which imho is not an upgrade and is something I had hoped never to drive.
Shortage of rentals up here in Cairns at the moment. Last year through the same company we had a Subaru Outback which was great.

Oh gosh, it looks every bit as concrete and horrible as I remember it! I'm not sure I get the allure of the place.......We are on the Gold Coast slumming it in the Crowne Plaza. The view from the 22nd floor.
