The view from my "office"

Hi @Flyfrequently 👋👋
I am
I get the view from Docklands to the heads on my front deck including the ferries and boats to Tassie!
Wow, enjoy @MARTINE
Look forward to your TR

When family/friends were on the Spirit of Tassie (in the days of Station Pier as the departure port) we would go to Penny Lane McCrae where the ships turn at the South Channel and flash our headlights at them - and they would be on their phone saying "we can see, we can see"!

That show on screen is absolutely horrendous, hope it's cancelled now that the first season is finished.
No, it's great! You just have to understand the context - the script writers have created something to appeal to a US audience, who have no clue what Australia is like, or how an Australian talks. It's cringe worthiness at its best :)

Take for example all of the UK crime shows. If they were based on true life, who would even go to the UK as it's full of rampant crime, murderers etc. And then, everyone talks with a northern accent - except Morse of course. But then, there was one episode filmed in Australia
