That looks like the old pedestrian walkway for Suburban trains back when it was "Spencer Street Station".

Patrons would surface from the platform ramps.

Probably is. You get there by walking down the ramps in the middle of the platforms.

I also use an iPhone. Turn the top to the left so you press the shutter button with the right hand. We don't have a southpaw operating the iPhone do we?

I used to be a leftie...but with my iPad in its cover it turns to the right, hence the sideways photo.
