Amazing there isn't anyone in the pool..

This was taken at about 5pm as everyone was leaving the pool. There were still people around though, so I guess I was lucky not getting many of them in my shot The resort is huge though, and has quite a few pools as well as the beach. It's only be open a few months and was no where near full. Great place though, and if visiting the Dead Sea I highly recommend it.

I think its more to keep the people in (or give them something to grab onto) than to keep any marine life out.

There were no nets, just pontoons. Not sure the exact reason, but it could be to stop people floating off into the wider lake. It could also be Hilton marking their territory. There are definitely no sharks in the lake
