The view from my "office"

How did she get on with the broken finger - healing well?

You know that nurses are the worst patients, maybe apart from doctors! She says it's ok, she is booked in for an update the day after she gets back, so I'm trusting her knowledge/instinct. :)

Are you at a naturist beach?:p
No wonder you were happy that it was a warm day!

'Naturist' is a bit of oversell, I think. The clothing optional beach inside the military base boundary about 300m N of the true Swanbourne has been a very popular Perth beach for 50+ years. It grew out of the fact that the local council and the WA police have no jurisdiction along the 2km or so beach frontage of the SAS base. Long may the base remain there for that reason and for no development! It's a piece of remote-feeling paradise in PERadise :):):).

Office: Oberoi Hotel pool, on a hot Mumbai afternoon ( is there any other kind). Note the Cascades at left.

It's hot for pigeons as well.

One by one, but in rapid succession, they dropped and landed in the pool behind the anti pigeon spikes:

No flies on these birds. Private pidgeon pool.

Hanging around the sand dunes at Swanbourne beach. Yikes. I cannot unthink things about you now @JohnM. My poor brain.

Ha, ha - I know what you're thinking, but I only went up the first line of dunes to see if I could get a better shot of the Blackhawk coming out but they turned it off and went to lunch, reappearing about two hours later..
