Several times now I made a resolution to write a TR, but every time I did not get to it. It may be easier to occasionally post here instead.
So here is the view from the office this afternoon.View attachment 126023

The National Wallace Monument near Stirling, Scotland. In the view photo, on the right hand side just over the river is where the Scots, lead by William Wallace defeated the English in 1297.
I didn’t climb as I didn’t like the narrow stairs and I hate heights. Thanks - was too lazy to walk to the top the day I was there but hopefully will get back and make an effort and see the kelpies at night

Yup. Was supposed to be on the 350 last night from Adelaide but they cancelled at 11.00 pm. So we all got redirected onto the 380 out of Mel. Started this journey over 24 hours ago and only as far as Melbourne. Which means - 800 kilometres.Looks like QR, but I'm guessing the A380? Interesting that they don't have centre overhead bins on the A350 (and 787 I believe). Makes the cabin look a lot more spacious.
Not far from Galle there is a turtle sanctuary and hatchery. They have a rare albino turtle which they cannot release as it would easily become sunburnt.
