Just watched a stressful programme on Ch 2 about a house build in Sandy Bay with views to the casino. I think that’s the right area? Massive over capitalisation but lovely views.Battery Point, actually. I used to live just around the corner. Walked up and down that Hill on my way to and from school.
Adjoining suburbs, but Battery Point pretty flat so not many places have a view. That house in BP looks pretty familiar. Some of my Uni friends lived in Battery Point. Been a few years, but I sure wouldn't purchase that home if it is the one let to them....
