No view, but the sound of morning call to prayer in Istanbul must rank as one of the most ethereal experiences.

First one (I wonder how they chose who opens up), and then very many calls wailing across the darkened city, echoing around and joining in tone.

But I wouldn't like it every morning ...

I think that call to prayer can be quite wonderful.
We were "somewhere" in the Banda sea watching the sun go down with a drinkie and the evening call started up in the village ….magic

View from the office I get every now and then and there wasn’t much to see.

So I will have to share some pics of the office.

The lounge staff also gave MrsM a bottle Croser sparkling.

Sure, an airport lounge in Australia. Does this mean I have found a lounge that you have not been too. I may have to keep this one a secret so as to keep the riff-raff away.

So we have a winner @kermatu is correct. I have been in the lounge before but MrsM has not and as it was her birthday I had made some enquiries and it all paid off.

Never been in myself but the S&P squid and the view of the stands where the props park gave it away. Decor threw me off though - nothing like the couple of CLs I've been in.

Hmmmm..., I think we have a smarty-pants in our midst...

Ok, will do. I was in the ADL CL lounge.

I did not know there were rules for this thread and did not read through 733 pages of posts, post #1 says ‘’So do you have a picture of somewhere special you were this morning you would like to share?’

In our case the somewhere special was MrsM birthday on a flight this evening.
