I'm trying very hard not to press the report button so we're not subjected to any more of these photos but the nicer part of me refrained. Hope you have a wonderful time and nice to see someone is able to escape the real world for a while.

Believe me when I say it is with a degree of stress that I do post anything here (especially after a nasty comment I had on FB a few weeks ago when doing a road trip in the UK), but the benefits it's had for mental health etc. have been tremendous and I hope it gives people that little bit of hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel and we will come out the other side

We have been told only to swim between the flags because of the crocs. Apparently they understand the signs.

Shopping is king here, with no VAT there's mega stores a plenty.

We chanced upon an event last night.. how's this then? Of course there were no social distancing and mask wearing was... Sporadic.






For the first time, the towers here are open till 11pm, nice views and a pretty cool sunset. Much cooler at that time of day too, so if you're ever here definitely recommend going at 7pm!

The £2k arrival tax in Australia made it untenable! The irony is that if they didn't take 56 days to process Mrs FB's visa, then right now we'd be in Australia helping out their economy. C'est la vie!

It's quite interesting how things vary between towns in regards to tourist attractions. In Ravenna not only do you have to buy a ticket but you also have to book a slot. People that didn't plan ahead well enough have missed out, based on the facial reactions I've seen and raised voices. In San Marino though it was all good and just buy and enter.
