the vines a budding ... it must be spring in Queensland.

LOL. That was my initial thought. Just turn it around to put the flat bit at the top and all would be ok.

Nah, I dont think they even had black and white stills then - for his sixtieth birthday I recall they lined us all up and the cameraman dissapeared in a cloud of smoke when they took the photo. (I couldn't see properly for days)

That rings a bell. There was some talk about "silver plates" at the time. Lost on us all as we thought it was all effectively "magic". But I do not understand why that article fails to mention JohnM?? He must have been there at the start of such technological revolution? One of the first "supermodels"
