for a large carpark, the one over the road behind the Nokia building used to have shuttle busses from the distant parts back to the building in Lucent's glory days.

Still to this day, every time I pass through I can’t help but look out for the solitary QF 388 operating as QF7/8. It’s been over a year since it ran but my brain still seeks it out while on the Skytrain.

Is it just me or I'm seeing red/orange body & tail on this flight ... a JQ or QF flight perhaps ?

If it is indeed a SQ - then two things ;

A. I need to get my eyes tested (lol)
B. I'm missing flying so much that I'm hallucinating (rofl)

Your eyes are OK but the colour is from the setting sun.The plane was coming from the North west and headed south east over the Tasman Sea at the same altitude.Had to be heading for NZ so not JQ or QF.

Car park cough! Phwoar just look at that car park. (I am still at the HI at CVG but had to move rooms - the whir, whir, whir, whir clunk of the elevator got a little too much for me.) For fans of interstates I275 can be sen to the left.

Today’s view: Ward 62 St John of God Hospital, Subiaco. In at sparrow’s for ENT surgeon to remove what appeared from MRI to be a fungal ball (Google that…) from my L sinus.

All done by 1000h. Feel fine but booked to stay overnight. I think I’m going to get bored today…

Can’t even see the carpark.
