If you spot a tackle box on the dunes down there it may be mine from a few years back. Got so excited about catching a mulloway, I left the box behind. I was halfway to Yalata before I remembered.

Earlier in the day our office was parked at the Lavender farm Rowella. Not a place to visit unless you are very into Lavender products or visiting nearby cellar doors.

This is basically the only row of lavender ! Some flowers outside the shop, but otherwise overgrown and weeds !

Hillwood strawberry farm.

Yum. They look genuinely vine-ripened, not like the ghastly supermarket ones that are gas ripened (or coloured) at one end and dead raw at the other!

We were surprised to see that a lot of it was also used by the local city council in Wellington on our visit in 2014.
