We would have taken the steps down to the gorge for a walk but the gate was locked...
So it was off to the Wellington County Museum. A really interesting look onto its former life as a poor house/refuge. Donation for entry, so pay what you want. Had a cool dinosaur exhibit too.
Then it was off to the historic Scottish Town of Fergus.
On the way back, we made a detour via West Montrose to check out the only remaining covered bridge in Ontario.
Finally, 3km away from the markets in St Jacob's is the actual village itself.
Which also has the Waterloo railway.
