The view from my "office"

Fair Isle. We landed by zodiac and walked the cliffs. Puffins were just beginning to line their burrows, but Fulmars were nesting. We saw many more Puffins out on the water.

You are just making me do it, aren't you?

Lunch view in Malta

Are you going to Gozo, if so, some detail, please!!

View from our first floor Airbnb office in Rotterdam-Lombardijen. Unbelievably our apartment is just two floors below the apartment that Mrs jxv shared with two other nurses when she worked at a nearby hospital in 1972/73. That is when we met, through her cousin who was my friend. Lots of memories!

Crowne Plaza, Glasgow, Scotland. A very spacious and well appointed room. More USB points than I have ever seen in one room! The hotel is right next to the river, so some lovely walks to be had.

It makes me feel happy just looking at these sunny pictures. (
You did not mention - the Armadillo
I used to watch Taggart back in the 80’s/90’s and that building in the opening credits with the incredible Bonnie Tyler-esque song hooked me.
Another Norman Foster starchitect piece
I love looking at it

Maggie Bell," No mean City", still performing, love her voice, loved the show as well. I'll have to dig out her cd's. :)

I had forgotten that is what the entertainment centre is called. The name was not mentioned by our tour leader, even though the Crowne Plaza is directly behind it. One metre away! One photo is from the lift at the hotel. There was a concert last night, so the Crowne was really busy.

I loved Taggart! It took a while to understand his accent, but I learned.
