The view from my "office"

Vang Vieng, another drive into to the bush yesterday, some nice scenery!
I thought I could get over that bridge, made it though the concrete blocks with about 2 inches each side, hmm maybe not, a 10 point turn required to go back!

Vang Vieng, at pre dinner drinks last night, nice dog, interesting "funny cookies" on sale, dare say other things as well. Really good thunder storm.
Another drive today down what was the main road before the expressway was built.

About 90 mins into flight to Adelaide we had to maneuver around a big storm

Today we headed north to Hervey Bay where I have had a unit in the Mantra for over 20 years. Contracts have been exchanged so I can look forward to more SKI trips. This will be our last visit.
Of course seeing I won’t be driving north as often they last month opened the Gympie bypass. What an improvement. The country is very green. A view from the bypass south of Gympie.IMG_1235.jpeg
