Was thinking the same, parking fines issued by council, not police.

Might be checking rego for stolen vehicle, or involved in an incident, or expired rego etc - police responsibilities.

Santa made it to my 8 year old grandsons T-Ball game today in suburban Perth - Southern River. It only got up to 38 C today so the game went ahead. It is only cancelled if the predicted maximum is 40 C and up.

People watch a concert or rehearsal. That is normal and expected behaviour. In no way is watching a concert or rehearsal like perving on kids!

These walks I do alone. I am acutely aware of what many others think when they see an elderly man watching children so that is why there are no photos. For most of the time I watched I was standing next to a woman who was one of their teachers. She was delighted that I was observing the performances.
