Now docked at Cologne until late evening, right next to a major bridge. This afternoon I will walk across it to the Cathedral on the other side.

We were in Cologne yesterday too, travelling up river with Scenic. I noticed the Viking ship moored near the bridge. Are you going up or down River?

OMG I always wanted to go to Laos. Actually I wanted to go to Cambodia and do Angkor Wat and also do Laos on the side … it looks simply amazing

Pre Covid,I was planning to go horse riding in Assam/Dibrugarh… about as far into Central Asia as you can go without being Chinese...
All sorts of raw stuff.. wildlife and wild country.. sadly time is trumps and now it will not happen

I did notice when we passed a Scenic ship. There was one Viking ship on the cathedral side of the river. We were on the far side with another longship alongside. The Vidar left at about 10:45pm heading to Budapest and Bucharest. I think that is actually up river, as the river flows from south to north.
