Is it normal to get an email when you qualify for a new level? Have not received one for my Gold qualification three weeks ago nor Platinum qualification two weeks ago (thanks to a PTY run ). Status has been reflected correctly online and on BP's. Wondering if I should call the service center to see if I'm going to receive a membership kit (the bag tags will come in handy).
