With the final details now put together, I shall post the cost of the tour in the next couple of days and confirm the itinerary.

The price for the Hilton has dropped massively (now $151 for AAA rate on a king room). Was over $200 previously.

Thanks for that Blackcat20. Previously booked at $208 per night, but best I could just find was $170 but still a saving. More to spend on wine !!
After seeing Aeolus at Syd Hilton last night looking forward to this.

I'm keen as well. Fly in on the 31st so may just route straight to ADL. Put us down as Gold x 2 depending upon the answer from my finance director (we have 4 nights away at the end of Nov, so I can see some swift talking may be required).

So as a Titanic newbie, what's the deal? I'm assuming a bus from ADL-CV-ADL but is there Hilton pick-ups/drop offs?

Hilton drop off but no Hilton pick up.
A free tram will take you to the pick up point, 3 stops IIRC.

Can't argue with that! If there are still spare seats on the bus, then mark us down as goldish diamond as I've booked the Hilton for Sat & Sun and emailed the ball 'n chain for permission :oops:!

Ok I'm now committed to the Retro Roo extravaganza SYD-LRE on 31st Oct.
As a result I now have to fly JQ on the 8pm SYD-ADL :eek: :p :lol:
Hopefully there will have been enough festivities on Retro Roo to sustain me :D
I may send Shrek ahead to ADL to check-in ;)
 
Went to check out the lunch venue on the weekend. Superb views of the valley from there. Hope it's still green by the time we get there. :)
