Just a suggestion....We finally got a chest of drawers for the bedroom; it took ages to find something I liked.

It's so heavy I don't think it has any chance of falling over. And the drawers can't be pulled all the way out, they have catches.Just a suggestion....
Hopefully not totally filled up yet but have you though about adding a few thin pieces (around 4-8mm) of plywood or the like at the front corners and middle of the run?
That way the center of gravity for the unit is moved towards the back.
So when a couple of higher drawers are pulled fully open it is much less likely to fall forward. Something modern chests of drawers seem to do much more often than the older more solidly built (aka weighted down) ones do.
