Well in good news, our new build finally got it's permit. Only a year late, thanks to the Porter Davis dramas.

Very slowly. Took them a while to find a builder to take over the project. Lots of new paperwork. Then they found that some forms had been filed incorrectly by PD so that all had to be redone. But we got there. Hopefully its a nice quick build.
