Hopefully that's the start of a great street/neighbourhood community. And we ran into one of our new neighbours as we were about to leave which was nice.

It’s awful to think of the wonderful water we flush down the toilet. In the grip of the drought and attending the footy I would hear all the public toilets flush multiple times a second and just think what a waste they didn’t use recycled.

Looking good... but had to laugh at the idea of your neighbours having a ride on a lawn mower and once the house is built, this will be them
Do you know what your neighbours will be building? To figure out the impact their builds will have on yours?
We've got a big bottle of weed killer, just need a new pump spray bottle and we're good to go.Seems like everything is working out well for the TomCats

By memory, for our KDR, we have to supply a bond to council for the already broken, out of alignment, skipping hazard footpath. I will be taking lots of photos as evidence.
Yeah there is some asset protection levy/bond that gets paid when the permit is approved. But I dont want to be out of pocket for damage that was pre-existing/caused by the developer.By memory, for our KDR, we have to supply a bond to council for the already broken, out of alignment, skipping hazard footpath. I'd still rather it have no damage at all.Council does an inspection prior and takes photos. So you never pay for existing damage. It just has to be in 'like for like' condition to get your money back.
