You should be at the rate they are cranking along! We are custom build with small builder on a tight infill site and moving much slower, though we are finally roofed and windowed hopefully they can get clad up reasonably quickly.

We’re doing a proper walk through with the supervisor this week, hoping we get to go upstairs. I’m keen to check out our bedroom. Hopefully we also get a bit of a run down on the timeline, plus we want to find out when we can arrange fences.

I saw Steinhoff has 14 billion of accounting errors so the bad news might finish off their Australian businesses. It is a huge mess overseas and Australia will probably be affected despite being separate companies.

We've already cashed in our Freedom gift card for an entertainment unit. Did that when the Amex offer was on.

I love animals, but now live in a dog and cat free environment, particularly since we laid new carpet !

It’s both - once we are bereft, we will smarten up the house, which will definitely include new carpet - between the kids and the animals it’s pretty awful - and then the downsize will happen.

Very pleased to see the progress. The rest of the roof is on and bricks have started. Insulation was being installed and all electrical had been roughed into position.
