A little disappointed that the newly planted nature strip tree is a gumtree .
Someone will “accidentally” run it over anyway, then a replacement which isn’t gum could be planted.

It’s essentially on layby, so it should be ready when the house is if everything runs on time.

Oh that's right. I remember now. She is gorgeous. As an all white cat, is she deaf or did she escape that genetic issue. We had one once that was totally deaf.That is Bella.
