Transfer Velocity to KrisFlyer?

I can't seem to find where I can transfer Velocity points to KrisFlyer. What am I missing? (Haven't done this before)

It's not available yet - I can't recall but I think it's late July, maybe 22 July, when you can do this again - it's been on hold since VA went into VA!

Still nothing, and all references to 19 July seem to have been removed from the Velocity website.
