Quite insane episode IMHO! But highly amusing. I might be tempted to vist the Farm over the next month when we're in the Cotswolds, but then again, maybe not.

For all you White Lotus fans… next month series 2 is released on HBO in US (not sure about Oz) /7 episodes
Its is set in White Lotus Sicily (actually 4 Seasons Hotel in Taormina - my favorite place on earth).
Jennifer Coolidge is back and rest of cast is new. Tom Hollander plays an English prof type - surprise surprise.

My pommie mate, Carole Shaw is in Australia performing her act about The Queen at the fringe festivals in NZ and Oz. She has performed over successive years at the Edinburgh Fringe and this week is in Sydney performing at the Sydney Fringe at The Barracks on Barrack St, near Wynyard.
This is the Fringe link, however the name of the act has been changed out of respect to 'The Queen and Me’.

Finished watching German series “Faster than Fear”, a few plot twists, but works in the end, in my opinion of course. It’s on Stan for those interested.

Just had lunch at 4 Seasons Hotel Taormina and what a jaw dropping view from Anchovi restaurant (and great food). Now I can pick all the places we went to when White Lotus 2 starts.

I've been watching Mr Mercedes on Netflix. MrsProzac not so keen, the story build is slow and she keeps asking about what happened 3 episodes ago, but it has grown on me.

I watched the series on SBS. Agree that it's a slow build, but having read the books I was almost duty bound to watch.

I just finished the Netflix limited series about Jeffery Dahmer. Rather graphic and very disturbing!

I've been watching Mr Mercedes on Netflix. MrsProzac not so keen, the story build is slow and she keeps asking about what happened 3 episodes ago, but it has grown on me.

It's hotting up, the local hospital surgeon with the God complex is administering a Chinese wonder drug to the vegetable in room 11B in the hope it regenerates his dead brain!

It has it's moments but we are enjoying it.

Timothy Olyphant is an excellent actor and is well suited for his role.

Loved the series the books and everything about this show - especially his house! If ever an actor was perfectly cast in a role it’s Titus Welliver. Much sadness which he imbues in the role. There is also the Lincoln Lawyer series about his half brother Micky (not the M McConaghy movie) which is excellent too and currently showing.

So on Season 2 Mr Mercedes and the plot subject is invading minds, quantum entanglement. This week a 1971 experiment at UC California on "spooky actions at a distance" is recognised. Spooky or what?

Four Seasons Taormina can only dream of this type of advertising! Every part of this beautiful hotel branded the White Lotus. Our waiter over lunch said the crew and actors were great. Many restaurant scenes were filmed w family/friends of 4 Seasons staff which was a nice touch!

The Pottery Throw down leaves me cold but I love location location location, Escape to the Country and Escape to the Chateau. Tonight’s episode of UK Repair Shop which was their Christmas one was particularly .
