I've recently discovered The Leftovers. Its fascinating, confusing, disturbing and BIZARRE but I LOVE it! Not everyone's cup of tea but brilliantly creative with an incongruous score that just "works". Already onto the 3rd series which is set in Australia mostly. Justin Theroux is pretty easy on the eye as well

Yes it's very polarising. We watched the first series and couldn't find the second series but I picked it up on DVD. We haven't watched it yet. If it had been on Netflix we would have watched it long ago.

There's a new series of Inside Number 9 too. It was on the local BBC channel recently. Have recorded but not watched.

The Americans s05e11 tonight was absolutely harrowing - so multi-layered, Phillip vacillating, but Elizabeth a stone-cold killer; the pot has been simmering all season but the gas got turned up tonight resulting in a real full boil - you realise that what's about to happen is inevitable, but you harbour a glimmer of hope for mercy.

It can't end well.

I can't access the video at the moment. Have they released a start date for Star Trek Discovery. I am planning on getting a tablet and a Netflix subscription for it.

The Handmaid's Tale is exceptionally good.

It moves at a slow but building pace. So the first episode is only realy setting things up.

Quite a different storyline too.....

I wondered if bloodline would be back. It could have finished at the end of season 2 as he drove off into the sunset. I really, really dislike the mother. The source of so many family issues but she acts like Queen Bee and they all fawn around her.
