Two Double SC offers in one year

Sorry if this has been asked elsewhere, i received the double sc promo and have booked a JASA to SCL however this was paid by my traveling partners ff account will I get double points or will this not count as me booking the tickets?

Forget any DSC if your DSC offer was the same as mine: SYD-SCL DSC offer only applies to Y and Y+.

I am being bombarded, it seems, by QF DSC offers. Why the sudden love, I wonder .

Momentarily gagged on the SYD-SCL in May next year as only last week booked a JASA on that route. But then saw DSC offer is only whY and whY+ - pffft, they can stick it .

Does the limitation on J DSCs reflect either a) strong premium demand, or b) a desire to manage the number of people getting higher status tiers?

Did my status run on Saturday-Sunday, the doubled SCs came through today.

My DSCs posted this morning for a flight booked on 18 Oct and flown on 27 Oct. This year it took a bit longer for them to post than with last year's DSC offer when the DSCs were posted pretty much at the same time as the normal SCs.

Is this book by 2 Nov and paid by 2 Nov or can it be book by 2 Nov and pay later nearer to date of flying?

I think any booking made by 2 November would count regardless of when it was paid.

I got the international one too (my QFF address is set to HKG). Unfortunately did too much damage to the CC upgrading my Xmas flights to J so couldnt take advantage of the ultra-short booking window

I too received a double SC offer - For Domestic or Trans-Tasman only.

It would seem most definitely targeted. Since my new "year" on Nov 1, I have earned over 1000 SC's, 40 have been QF Domestic, 0 T-T, 360 QF international & 600+ on other oneworld airlines.

I won't be availing myself of the opportunity.

Got my reminder yesterday , but alas too late as i have dropped back NB on Nov 1 & Im consolidating into one program only and that isn't QFF
