I've tried it about 12 separate times this week and there's no reference to the Credit Card at all on the list on the My Benefits page, let alone a balance.
Yup that's what happens. Here...I just went to My Benefits and got this:
Then I clicked My Benefits again in the left hand menu and get (after a loooooooong time):
If your balance is -7 I think you just have too many sectors for it ever to display.
