Unable to link Complimentary lounge Invitation

I have no idea (and neither did the agent; he just stated that they were still in place at the lounge). I look forward to quizzing the Lounge Dragon at Perth International Transit Lounge more on this issue before my flight! :) I'll ask for a timeframe for when COVID restrictions are due to be lifted.
I’m sure she will be surprised there are still any in place!

It is in Westralia. Old habits about dirty easterners die hard perhaps?
Only east-coasters say Westralia. 😅

In all seriousness though, that 'transit' lounge is now handling a lot more than eurotrip transits and it's time they accepted passes.

That was due to one of our former Premiers who insisted that we be called Western Australians, as opposed to those who reside on the other side of the RPF...

Hi all, unfortunately I did not quiz the Lounge Dragon about the compimentary lounge pass situation as she turned out to be more of a Dove. Even though PER - SIN was in Y my onward travel from SIN was in F so I chanced my arm to see if she would let me in based on that - and she did! :D I decided best not to push my luck enquiring about the lounge pass situation then!

I am QF gold and attempting to link "Domestic Business" lounge invitation to my booking for BNE > SYD so I have access to the business lounge instead of the Qantas Club, however it says "already has access" to the Qantas Club. How do I tell the website I want to use the Domestic Business lounge invitation not my Qantas Club Invitation?

Anyone had any issues with the Brisbane international lounge recently? I am flying BNE-SIN next week and my flight showed up and I could add a pass to those without access (but as we have enough in the group with status there was no need).

As a result I transferred a couple of passes to someone flying out two days later on BNE-LAX and despite the passes being in their account their eligible flights section to link invitations doesn't appear. Am I just being impatient and need to wait longer or does this mean it won't be possible at all?

Last year, I transferred a complimentary invitation to son-in-law.

It could not be used (it was around the time QF had all the IT with invitations) but that is another story.

Question?

Can son-in-law now transfer this unused invitation to his wife?

Have been getting this screen since last week, does anyone know any comms updates on what is happening to the platform?

The Complimentary Lounge Invitation portal is currently unavailable and you are unable to link or transfer your complimentary Lounge Invitation via our website.

Therefore you should be able to telephone QFF to link them. If this is even possible?

Called QF this morning. Nothing they could do re transferring a lounge pass. Suggested that they make a note of the two accounts and have the flying pax sort it at the lounge.

Somehow I doubt the lounge dragons would be willing.

They knew about the outage and didn't have an ETA.

Is anyone else having problems linking lounge invitation? When I try and link flights are showing twice and errors out when I submit.

See above - the system is broken, and Qantas' IT staff are not known for huge competence...

Yes, still unable to link a Qantas lounge pass to an international flight leaving on Monday. May have to ask at the lounge itself.

Just had a long dance with the call centre. I've been told by two different people that the Perth International Lounge is still "not accepting lounge passes due to COVID restrictions"! Can't link to the Perth QC either if your outbound flight is an international flight.

Hilariously enough, I can link to the Perth QC if my outbound is a domestic flight. So "COVID restrictions" only apply to the Perth International Lounge 🤣

I suspect Qantas has decided that the Perth International Lounge will no longer take passes - whether this is an IT problem or not I have no idea.
