Unable to link Complimentary lounge Invitation

Same challenge for Sydney Intl Airport - navigates me straight to the Qantas Club portal - I think they haven't opened it - couldn't get through to customer service.
 
This sounds the same as the error I was getting trying to do a pass for Mrs excel recently. The first time it would lag out, then the second times take me to the QC page.

If I recall correctly two methods worked.
1: right clicking the "link this invitation" link and choosing "open in new incognito window". 2: starting the process by logging in to the qf website in a new chrome incognito window (in Mrs excels account) and then following through the process.

Hopefully one of those two helps/works for you .


Yes, pre covid would do it in the security line at Perth International waiting to jump on the JQ flight to Bali, not wanting to use it if we didn't have enough time. The ones I linked for Mrs excel in may were probably under 24h if I recall correctly too, because when I tried to link them 48h out I got all the errors that are described above.

I am getting redirected to the Qantas Club page every time I try to link a pass to a flight. I have tried on Edge, Chrome and my iPad. I don't have an old Samsung phone. Any ideas?

Update. Today at my FIRST attempt I was able to link a pass for my upcoming flight. No idea why or why it didn't work yesterday. The email confirmation went to my junk email as usual. Bigpond only allows Qantas spam through unhindered. :D
 
Still have a couple queries linking Complimentary Lounge Invitations - Titanium Benefit trying to link to a Jetstar Intl booking - I cannot get drop down box to show QF Intl F Lounge - is it possible to use QF F Lounge with this booking?

The other stupid question is does 1 x Titanium Benefit entitle single individual or possibly a couple?

Hi all, Not an urgent one but maybe someone here can help me with a query. Mrs peg (Silver) and myself (LTG) got the "sorry" emails. We have both successfully accepted the $50 on the app, no problems. And Mrs has gleefully loaded the QC invitation for an up coming flight. On the other hand my accepting of the 2 Business Lounge invitations is "successful" but the invites do not appear in the Portal???? Am I doing something wrong here??

JQ flt is Sun Sept 18 - I spoke to QWF FF and dude there informs me maybe cannot linked because QF F Lounge may be at capacity? He had no other suggestion and basically could do nothing else.

Any suggestions how to progress or am I just screwed?

Copy the rejection and take it with you to the lounge where the Lounge Ladies have in the past allowed entry.

Hi all - quick update on this I have been struggling to link for my wife flying back from Melbourne - Canberra on Monday 19th Sep. Originally when I tried to link the booking to the voucher on Chrome it took my to sign up to the QC page. However for some reason it worked when I tried to link using Microsoft Edge browser. Keep the faith try different browsers or incognito mode. It has more to do with qantas IT than lounge closures etc...

As we near school holidays again, I wonder if there will be another period not allowing the use of lounge passes? I was so glad my friends were able to use my gifted vouchers in Melbourne this week during a 4-hour stopover. Good timing!

Hi, the qantas portal is not letting me to link the complimentary lounge pass to Gold Coast Qantas Club. Is there a way to resolve this?
 
Try a incognito page or a different browser. I found my pc won’t work but an iPad will.
 
Does not work for my mobile, tablet or computer - Gold Coast is not listed as a departure lounge option from the dropdown menu
