I get those from time to time too which is.. bizarre. It's like their CRM system isn't working quite properly to understand that with a status > Gold, lounge access is included so why offer it to me? Or would they think I am stupid enough to pay up?My son received an “exclusive invitation“ to purchase lounge access for his flight.
hilariously this involved Adelaide....

Mrs SS received such an offer in May for a flight from Sydney where she had already linked a lounge pass.My son received an “exclusive invitation“ to purchase lounge access for his flight.

Try sending them a copy of the rejection notice to take with them when the checkin. I've done it in the past...My elderly parents are flying OOL to MEL tomorrow, but I can't link the passes I gave them. Not QLD school holidays so...?
I sometimes seemed to get a redirection error in chrome, sometimes right clicking the link and opening in an incognito tab helpedMy elderly parents are flying OOL to MEL tomorrow, but I can't link the passes I gave them. Not QLD school holidays so...?
If they are flying tomorrow are you/ they out site of the 24hr attachment window. Passes need to be added >24 hrs of the flight. My elderly parents are flying OOL to MEL tomorrow, but I can't link the passes I gave them. Not QLD school holidays so...?
Is this now being enforced? If they are flying tomorrow are you/ they out site of the 24hr attachment window. Passes need to be added >24 hrs of the flight.
I can't believe "clear your cookies" is genuine advice for such a large company, but here we areThanks for the tip. Multiple failed attempts, ending up on the QC page, didn't work on safari, Chrome or edge, but did work using the Samsung browser on an old phone I had
TBH I have no idea if it is being enforced as I have do not need to use lounge passes. I have read that some may have been able to link under 24hrs, but it may be a reason it is not working. Is this now being enforced?
If you've tried clearing cookies (I can't believe this is a serious suggestion), then calling the contact centre is your only recourse. Last time I had a problem they said the lounge would be available to re-link in 24 hours and I was able to do so successfully after that time (I'm not sure if they did anything or whether it was a glitch)I'm flying OOL-CBR on a Sunday afternoon soon - it doesn't show me an option to link passes, yet 4 are 'available'
Any ideas?
