You may have been referring to two or three days but it's untrue that QFi's loadings to and from the USA are always 100 per cent.
In May 2024 for instance, 75.4 per cent of QFi's seats from the USA were occupied, while northeast bound (i.e. from Australia), 73.9 per cent had a passenger in them. So approximately one in every four seats was vacant.
If UA want to have average occupancies of about 64. per cent as was the case in May (the latest month for which BITRE statistics are available publicly), then as RooFlyer has stated, it's especially great for economy class users as there may be the opportunity to stretch out over three seats and have a 'budget sleeping berth'. A bit like travelling in a railway couchette car in Europe.
