And $2.40 for returning the empties here in South Australia.... $35.50 for a carton of Ashai anyone :cool:

of course, that is just your $2.40 that you're getting back. ;) The real payoff is collecting someone else's 10c for them. In fact, I would bring back a suitcase of containers from Sydney every week, except that would require checked luggage.
 
My statement was issued this week.. It's more than 8 weeks since 7 October 2012, so the double points should have been on it.
They were not. I have contacted them .. we'll wait and see what the outcome is.

Nope, nothing here. But as I have discovered, compliance with their own T&Cs is not a strong point with them.

Agree, but just using this in the calculation to equalise for "actual" price, @ $35.50 a carton I don't think anyone can do better than that... :cool:
 
I never received mine either. I also have emailed them,now I have to come up with the receipts, contact them on the phone and give them the info they require, cause their stupid system is about incompetent as they are.:)

I have emailed today also........if I have to come up with the receipts I am screwed.....they should be able to tell by the biller that it was woolworths...will see how I go
 
At the very least you should be able to cross reference the transactions on your cc and edr account.

I emailed too... Last time I tried to explain this on the phone they kept transferring me to EDR support as it was to do with 'points'. I could not convince the CC call centre it was CC points, not EDR points (even though ultimately they end up in the same place).

Hopeless that they can't manage their own promotions.
 
I had to email to them this morning, my copy of the emailed offer they sent me in september. These galahs dont even know what they send out it seems. I await there response.Next email might be to he who's signature is at the bottom of their email, see if he has time to pull his head out of its hiding spot to attend to our issues. Will be interesting to see if the problem continues, with the same offer received on the 10/12 for the xmas promotion. Coles flybuys is looking better all the time.:)
 
I got an email back asking me to call them. When I called, they had no idea what they'd emailed out, even though I had forwarded it back to them! I read out the key sentences word for word as the guy transcribed them to send to his 'support team'.
 
I received a survey asking about their customer service after my call about this issue. I have them a score of zero for everything (ie agent helpfulness zero, did the agent address the questions zero, would I recommend the card to others (absolutely not)) and left a comment to call me.

Let's see if that helps... I hope at the very least the bad score sees it be escalated as the biggest problem is no one seems to know or care!
 
Bit of a pattern forming here. I recieved 2 emails, 1 from qantas creditcards and 1 from everyday rewards. I scored service people a 5 but a zero on everything else plus very negative comments:).
 
I received a call back stating that the issue was resolved and points will be credited on my next statement. Let's wait and see if it's right, and if it works the for the December double points at WW Group Stores promotion.
 
yep, ditto for me to. Same promotion was held again in december wonder how this one will be handled:rolleyes:

Ditto. Shame they still haven't paid the bonus Qantas spend points from months ago....
 
Hope I have the same luck tomorrow, although I have zero faith in there ability to even organise a meat raffle.Just out interest did the points add up correctly?
