My double points at WOW Group stores 26 Nov - 9 December 2012 should have credited on my February statement... once again, they have not!

Truly pathetic outfit this mob.

They'll hit you over the head if you do something wrong (e.g. pay a day late and see them belt you with interest charges), but you have to fight hard when they don't comply with their own rules.

My points from the same offer in September as well as December are still outstanding. 2 emails have now gone unanswered. In future I shall only communicate with these scam artists by my email address as then I have proof of contact. Using their way of contact leaves you with no proof of them receiving your query!
