Are people getting confirmation of telephone cancellation emails? I didn't after 30 hours now.
Haven't had any written confirmation either, been almost 60 hours. I guess there is manual work to be done behind the scenes (or we are in the queue to receive a retention call..)
Hmmm... I cancelled at 16:45 on Tuesday 16th. Still no word...
ditto for me - so I went back into the assure app and noticed my small ongoing points earn (daily activity) is now in "locked mode" because I "do not currently have an active policy" (or words to that effect) after cancelling through the automated telephone method.
I'm happy to be retained.... for another 30,000 points after three months.![]()

Points posted last week on the 16th. Didn't say where from but I assume it's Assure. Not bad for $21.78
Now to call and cancel...
There is an automated cancelling service... Refer I think to about page 16 for the instructions![]()
