The many examples in this thread would suggest that a bid $5 or $10 above the minimum is often accepted (if there is availability). Given that route is predominantly leisure traffic, I'd be only bidding a small amount over the minimum.OOL to MEL, 2:55pm flight back in feb. Bid at $150 was declined. Flight then cancelled and virgin provided flights a day later - ended up having to fork out $570 for a Qantas flight.
