Anyone experiencing this issue at the moment? Trying to request an upgrade for upcoming flights in the usual way on the Qantas site, but when I click the "Upgrade" button I get an error page which says "PNR not found in the URL"

Have tried different browsers & different devices, but everything is generating this error at the moment. Anyone else seen this or know of a solution?

I suspect you will need to call. Please explain your issue and they should waive any assistance fee.

Found the same thing today also, must be Qantas IT up to their old tricks again

I got this error a few weeks ago when upgrading (or checking on the status of an upgrade request, rather) a flight. It went away after a couple of days. Granted, this isn't helpful if you need to action something now.

I had this error last week when trying to upgrade via the app on the iPhone, no such issue when logging in on the laptop.

I have been getting this error on my last three bookings.
Rang customer service to lodge my upgrade requests.

was happening across multiple devices.

I have been experiencing this issue too across multiple devices and days, glad to hear I’m not the only one with this glitch. Thought it was due to booking through a travel agent instead of direct which is my usual method. Hopefully Iget an opportunity to make a call to lodge an upgrade request prior to the flight as already o/s

I've actually figured out this issue, and it's a bug in the Qantas site. When I log into my account and go to "My Bookings", each flight is listed with an Upgrade button, and the format of each of these URLs is:

These links all give me the error I mentioned in my original post.

If I go to "My Account", my next flight appears on this page with an Upgrade button, and the format of that URL is:

This link does work.

If you copy a URL from the "My Bookings" page (with the incorrect your-account URL) and edit it to my-account, it will work.

So there you go - the My Bookings page generates incorrectly-formatted URLs, but it can be manually fixed. Nice one Qantas. Posting here in case anyone else is in need of a fix.
